Engineering plastics for Indonesia

Know the material. Specify the grade.

PEEK, PEI, PET and ESD engineering plastics for industrial parts. Start with the application, compare the material data, and confirm the right grade with ESDin.

Independent material supply

A clear route from requirement to quotation.

ESDin is an independent supplier in Indonesia, sourcing engineering plastics from NOEGEM / NAGOMER through outright purchases. We help customers define the material, grade and dimensions they need. Availability, order quantity, processing options and delivery schedules are confirmed for each quotation.

Material reference

Compare families. Confirm the exact grade.

The figures below are selected heat-deflection temperatures (HDT) at 1.8 MPa from the supplier table, not continuous service limits. Variants are reference options; availability and application suitability require confirmation.

Grade and supply to confirm

ESD
Electrostatic discharge; supplier ESD grades aim to dissipate charge
CON
Supplier conductive grade; confirm the measured range
GF
Glass-fibre reinforcement; number denotes nominal percent
CF
Carbon-fibre reinforcement; not automatic ESD qualification
FR
Flame-retardant grade; rating and thickness must be checked
NFP
Supplier low-particle grade designation; request particle test evidence
+PTFE
PTFE-modified grade
HDT
Heat-deflection temperature at stated load; not service temperature

Understanding ESD

Electrical performance is a measured property.

These are general EOS/ESD Association resistance classifications, not product acceptance limits. Supplier ESD grades commonly report a numeric range of 10⁶–10⁸, but the table has inconsistent resistance and resistivity units. Request a grade-specific report with the method, units and conditioning.

Conductive
< 10⁴ Ω
Charge can move readily. Grounding and contact design still matter.
Dissipative
10⁴ ≤ R < 10¹¹ Ω
Allows controlled charge transfer when a suitable path to ground exists.
Insulative
≥ 10¹¹ Ω
Charge can remain localized. Grounding alone cannot remove it reliably.

Grade-specific testingESD and CON optionsA CON label is a supplier grade name. It does not by itself prove a resistance class, EMI shielding, cleanroom suitability or ESD compliance.

Application discussions

Match the material to the operating conditions.

These are potential uses, not approvals or customer references. Medical, food-contact, aerospace and cleanroom applications require the exact grade, supporting documents and application validation.

Working with ESDin

Make the specification clear before you buy.

Grade clarity

Distinguish natural, ESD, conductive and reinforced grades. Similar names or colours do not mean identical properties.

Evidence for the application

Request current technical data, relevant declarations and test reports for the grade and colour being quoted.

Order-specific confirmation

Stock location, quantities, processing and delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation. Plan your production against the agreed schedule.
